How to run a 24/7 live stream from your own videos
Pick your videos, choose where they go, and leave. Your computer can be switched off.
- On Videos, select the files you want, in the order you want them.
- Choose whether it should loop when it reaches the end.
- Start it. The status moves to preparing, then to live.
Playback runs on the node, not on your machine. Once it is live you can close the page, shut your computer down, and it keeps going.
Watching it run
The Videos page shows the current state of a running playlist and updates itself every couple of seconds while anything is changing. You do not need to refresh.

| Starting | Connecting to your destinations. |
| Live | Playing out. Shows how long it has been running. |
| Stopping | Closing the stream cleanly. |
Tip
Stopping and restarting a playlist starts it from the beginning of the first video. Loops carry on seamlessly.
