Questions people ask before paying
Do I need a card for the trial?
No. The trial is 7 days of Pro, taken once per account, and it ends on its own. There is nothing to cancel.
Can I change plan later?
Yes, from the panel at any time. Moving up charges only the difference for the rest of the billing period and takes effect straight away; moving down takes effect at your renewal, so you keep what you have already paid for.
Is my stream re-encoded?
No. Your video is forwarded to each platform exactly as your encoder sent it, and nothing is recorded or kept after the stream ends.
What happens if I cancel?
Your plan runs to the end of the period you have paid for, then the account drops to Free. Your files and settings stay; only streaming stops.
