Buy / renew
What each plan includes, and how to change or cancel.
Plans differ in how many platforms you can reach at once, how many source streams you can run at the same time, how much storage your video library gets, and whether unified chat and the overlays are available. There is no bitrate cap on any plan: the feed is forwarded in copy mode, so whatever your encoder sends is what every platform receives. Current limits are on the Buy / renew page.
Changing plan
Upgrades apply straight away. Downgrades and cancellations take effect at the end of the period you have already paid for, so you keep what you bought until it runs out.
Invoices and payment method
Billing opens the payment portal, where you can change your card, download invoices, or cancel.
If your library is larger than the smaller plan's storage, or you have more channels connected than it allows, sort that out first so nothing is cut off unexpectedly.
